Senior Client Services Executive (US Business Hours)
Responsible for
Interacting with client directly in the US via Phone & Mail and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
Critical Review of Monthly Reports package for the allocated Clients.
Co-coordinating with the Day Shift Team to make sure the deliverable reaches the Client on time.
To Succeed in this role you need to have following skills and experience :
CA/CMA Semi Qualified /Commerce Graduate with at least 3-5 Years of experience.
Well Versed with Microsoft Excel.
Prior experience in Quickbooks would be add on advantage.
Excellent communication skills is a must.
