Senior Client Services Executive (US Business Hours)

Responsible for

  • Interacting with client directly in the US via Phone & Mail and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
  • Critical Review of Monthly Reports package for the allocated Clients.
  • Co-coordinating with the Day Shift Team to make sure the deliverable reaches the Client on time.

To Succeed in this role you need to have following skills and experience :

  • CA/CMA Semi Qualified /Commerce Graduate with at least 3-5 Years of experience.
  • Well Versed with Microsoft Excel.
  • Prior experience in Quickbooks would be add on advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills is a must.
